We use USPS (United States Postal Service).  USPS is the method that will be the most economical and expedited for our range of products, so that you will get your parcel as quick, safe, and at the lowest possible price. (click here for top)

Yes, by using USPS, we are able to ship to post office boxes and any other location that USPS delivers to.

As soon as possible after shipment of your items, we will e-mail you the tracking number of your shipment if one is available. Tracking can be accomplished at http://www.usps.com./ or http://www.ups.com

 Orders placed before 12 pm (U.S. Eastern Standard Time) on a business day (Monday through Friday), usually will be shipped that day. However, on occasion depending on order volume it could take 1-2 business days before shipment. If a delay of more than 2 business days should occur, an e-mail will be sent to see if you wish to continue the order. If you chose not to, then we will refund the amount of your order.

Once an order leaves our facility, we cannot be responsible for USPS delivery time. Shipment volume during certain periods or other reasons beyond our control, could make delivery time longer than normal.

In the United States we ship using USPS Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. However, accepted by the U.S. Postal Service we are not responsible for any delays by them. International delivery time is 6 - 10 days.

 Our orders ship for free in the United States. Shipments may be sent in multiple packages.

 International orders are shipped to select countries. International delivery addresses will be charged a delivery charge of $9.00/ Priority Mail (Canada and Mexico $7.00)

Note: The above charges are for shipment to one address. If multiple addresses are requested the above charge will apply for each delivery address.

Damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the shipping carrier if the damage is obvious. Please call them immediately upon discovery of the damage. Time of reporting does matter. Follow their directions.

If damage is not obvious, then please e-mail us at: customerservice@lowdersartexpress.com. for further directions about replacement of the damage portion of your order. To make replacement quicker and to not require the return postage cost (buyers responsibility), please include a photo of the item showing the damage area. Lowder's Artistic Expressions has the right to reject the any photo for refund or exchange because of damage or defect and require the return of the merchandise.

Yes! You can cancel your order anytime until the shipment leaves our facility. Once the order leaves our facility for shipment, then the return of merchandise section will need to be followed.

We are happy to send our products to other select countries. You can find out if we serve a particular country during checkout. If your country is not served by us at the present, please contact us, and check back often to see if your country is added. We value your interest.

All international orders are charged a shipping fee (including Canada and Mexico)  $9.00/ Priority Mail (Canada and Mexico $7.00). The customer is responsible for all import taxes or fees. There is a maximum package weight of 4 U.S. pounds for each delivery address. Buyer is responsible for a fee of $9.00/ Priority Mail (Canada and Mexico $7.00). fee for each package shipped and not per order. Any order weighing over 4 U.S. pounds will be automatically shipped in another package and incur the additional $9.00/ Priority Mail (Canada and Mexico $7.00) fee. We ship all our products through the United States Postal Service and delivery time vary by country. We offer no guarantee of delivery times.
