We inspect all items prior to being shipped to their destination, however there may be times when errors may be encountered with an order. If you find damage or an error with your order please contact us immediately, either by our contact page, e-mail, or by phone. E-mail is our preferred method of communication and we will respond in 24 hours in most cases. However, you may contact us in any way you desire most.
If upon receipt you are unhappy with your product and wish to return it, please return it to us (we are not responsible for return postage and return postage is non-refundable), we suggest sending your package by U.S.P.S. for the lowest rate. Your return must be in resalable condition in the original shipping packaging with all merchandise components included. Any missing or damaged components will be deducted from the appropriate refund. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the item in the manner tendered for payment. Please allow adequate time for the item to reach our facility. Please indicate the reason for your return to help us make our service better in the future.
