We are required by New York State Law, to charge sales tax to New York residents at the appropriate rater for the taxing jurisdiction where final delivery is made.

 Note: NY Law requires us to charge sales tax for the physical address where the shipment is made. This is different than a post office box. In cases where a post office box is located in adjoining tax jurisdictions, a physical street address will be needed and you may be contacted by customer service for such before shipment can be made to a post office box.

In all other states besides New York, sales tax is not charged unless required by law.
